Reflected XSS via unescaped URL query handling
Published Nov 13, 2024 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Reflected XSS in Razorpay Payment Button Elementor Plugin 1.2.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to inject scripts through crafted URLs. The URL construction in includes/rzp-payment-buttons.php passes attacker-controlled query data through add_query_arg and remove_query_arg without escaping the resulting URL. Execution requires a user to follow the crafted link, after which the script runs in the affected site's browser context and can read or alter page data.
