Arbitrary file deletion via unsanitized file path

Path traversal in DB-GPT 0.6.0 allows remote attackers to delete arbitrary server files through the file deletion API. The /v1/resource/file/delete handler passes the unsanitized file_key parameter to FileClient.delete_file, which calls os.remove on that path. No privileges or user interaction are required, and deletion is limited to files accessible to the DB-GPT process.
