Authenticated internal service access via unrestricted embed URLs

Server-side request forgery in David Artiss Code Embed 2.5 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to access internal services. The ce_get_file() function passes an attacker-selected external embed URL to wp_remote_get(), which does not restrict requests to safe destinations. Contributor-level access and an external URL embed are required; server-originated requests can query or modify reachable internal services.
