Unauthenticated database disclosure via unfiltered app_id
Published Nov 5, 2024 · Updated Nov 5, 2024
SQL injection in Code Projects E-Health Care System 1.0 allows remote attackers to read database data through the app_id parameter. Doctor/app_request.php concatenates the unfiltered app_id value directly into an SQL statement, allowing UNION queries to expose table names, database names, and the database account. The endpoint is reachable without authentication, and the published proof of concept demonstrates confidentiality loss from the application's MySQL database.
