Stored XSS via unescaped heading tag
Published Mar 13, 2024 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Stored XSS in Beaver Builder Page Builder 2.7.4.4 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through a heading tag. The Heading module's frontend.php template writes the configurable tag value directly into opening and closing HTML tag names without validation or output escaping. Contributor access is required to save the payload, which executes in the browser whenever a user visits the affected page.
