Unauthenticated stored XSS via unsanitized user_id logging

Stored XSS in Melapress WP Activity Log 5.2.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to inject scripts through the user_id parameter. The session-destruction path records the supplied user_id without sufficient sanitization, and the Log Viewer renders the stored value without adequate escaping. Exploitation requires an administrator to open the affected log entry, where the script executes in that administrator's browser context.
