Script execution via unsanitized value reflection
Published Nov 3, 2024 · Updated Nov 4, 2024
Reflected XSS in Online Shopping Portal 2.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in a victim's browser via value. The editable_ajax.php endpoint directly echoes the value POST parameter into its response without HTML encoding or sanitization. Low-privilege access and victim interaction are required; injected script runs in the application's origin and can alter page content.
