Authenticated browser script execution via unescaped NAT destination

Stored XSS in phpIPAM before 1.7.0 allows remote authenticated users to run scripts in another user's browser through a NAT destination. The NAT destination is stored in the nat.dst database field and later returned without HTML entity encoding; the fix escapes database strings by default. NAT-editing access and a second user viewing the affected page are required, exposing that viewer's same-origin data and actions.
