Authenticated post disclosure via unrestricted shortcode inclusion
Published Dec 6, 2024 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Information disclosure in Webangon XLTab 1.4 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read private and draft Elementor posts. The XLTAB_INSERT_TPL shortcode resolves a caller-supplied Elementor post identifier and includes its content without checking whether the post is private or draft. Contributor-level access is required; exploitation exposes post content without permitting modification or service interruption.
