Restricted post disclosure via unchecked shortcode selection
Published Nov 9, 2024 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Information disclosure in CrestaProject Attesa Extra 1.4.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read restricted posts. The attesa-template shortcode renders a caller-selected post without enforcing its private, draft, or password-protected visibility state. Contributor-level access is required, and exposure is limited to content the account cannot normally view.
