Limited file deletion via unchecked source path

Path traversal in MPG - Multiple Page Generator 4.0.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to delete limited server files. The mpg_upsert_project_source_block() function accepts an attacker-controlled source path without restricting deletion to an intended directory. Editor-level access or higher is required, and the reported effect is limited file deletion rather than arbitrary file write or code execution.
