A race condition in Ivanti Application Control Engine before 10.14.4.0 allows local users to bypass application blocking. Ivanti has not disclosed the affected function or the competing operations whose timing lets an execution request evade policy enforcement. The attack requires an authenticated local session and can permit an application that policy would otherwise block to run.
