CVE-2024-10605Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Unauthorized blood requests via tokenless cross-origin POST

Published Oct 31, 2024 · Updated Nov 1, 2024

Cross-site request forgery in Code Projects Blood Bank Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to submit blood-sample requests. The /file/request.php endpoint accepts a cross-origin POST containing bid, hid, bg, and request fields without a per-request CSRF token and records it under the receiver's active session. A receiver must be logged in and visit attacker-controlled content; the resulting request selects a hospital and blood group and creates an unauthorized sample request.
