Unauthenticated PHP execution via template path inclusion
Published Nov 14, 2024 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Local file inclusion in AYS Pro Plugins Chartify 2.9.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute PHP code via the source parameter. The unauthenticated ays_admin_ajax path invokes display_plugin_charts_page, which incorporates source into a require_once template path without an allowlist. A crafted path can include server-local or previously uploaded files, enabling data access or PHP execution when an includable file is reachable.
