Stored XSS via unescaped widget title
Published Mar 25, 2025 · Updated Mar 25, 2025
Stored XSS in Slider by 10Web before 1.2.62 allows remote authenticated users to execute script through a crafted widget Title setting. The widget saves the Title setting without sanitization and renders the value into page markup without context-appropriate escaping. An administrator who can manage widgets must store the payload, and script execution requires a visitor to hover over the rendered title.
