Stored XSS via unescaped form header image
Published Jan 7, 2025 · Updated Jan 7, 2025
Stored XSS in Form Maker by 10Web before 1.15.31 allows remote authenticated users to inject script through a form header image setting. The Form Header Image value is stored without adequate sanitization and returned to the settings interface without attribute escaping. Administrator-level access is required, including on multisite installations that deny unfiltered_html, and the script runs when a user hovers over the crafted Image field.
