Unauthenticated database access via unsanitized POST id
Published Oct 31, 2024 · Updated Oct 31, 2024
SQL injection in birdsupdate.php in Codezips Pet Shop Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to read database data via a crafted id. The endpoint incorporates the POST id parameter directly into a MySQL query without neutralizing SQL syntax, enabling boolean-based and time-based blind queries. No login is required, and successful exploitation permits unauthorized reading, modification, or deletion of application data within the database account's privileges.
