Forced-reset deletion via unchecked AJAX handler

Authorization bypass in Import and export users and customers 1.26.5 and earlier lets remote authenticated users delete forced password resets. The ajax_force_reset_password_delete_metas() handler accepts authenticated AJAX requests without checking a capability before deleting reset-enforcement metadata for all users. Subscriber-level access is sufficient, and exploitation removes the site's forced-password-change state without disclosing data or interrupting service.
