Stored XSS via unescaped Icon link

Stored XSS in the CoBlocks Icon block through 3.1.6 allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through a crafted link value. The block renderer writes the user-controlled href attribute without URL escaping, so saved markup becomes executable when a visitor opens the page. Contributor-level access is required to save the block, and a subsequent page view runs the script in the visitor's browser.
