Information exposure in CERT Coordination Center VINCE before 3.0.9 allows remote authenticated users to enumerate user records. The VINCEComm User Management view applies incorrect permissions and returns user information to ordinary authenticated accounts. Any authenticated VINCE account can reach the view; published evidence reports disclosure but no data modification or service interruption.
