Browser hang via zero-sized push record

Denial of service in Mozilla Firefox before 132, Firefox ESR before 128.4, and Thunderbird before 132 allows remote servers to hang the parent process. PushCrypto accepts an encrypted push payload whose record-size field is zero, then advances through the data by that zero size and loops indefinitely. A server must control a push subscription and the user must have accepted notifications; the resulting parent-process hang makes the application unresponsive.
