Service crash via truncated extension-block type assertion

Reachable assertion in the µD3TN BPv7 parser before 0.14.1 allows remote attackers to crash the decoder with a malformed extension block. The block_type function in components/bundle7/parser.c compares an untrusted 64-bit block type with a truncated enum value, and the mismatch reaches an ASSERT that terminates the process with SIGABRT. The published reproducer confirms the crash in ud3tndecode; testing against a networked node was not confirmed, so service exposure depends on a path that feeds attacker-supplied bundles to the parser.
