Blood-request deletion via unverified bid request

Cross-site request forgery in Code Projects Blood Bank Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to delete blood requests via delete.php. The /file/delete.php endpoint accepts an attacker-controlled bid in a state-changing request without verifying that the authenticated user intended the request. Exploitation requires an authenticated user to follow attacker-supplied content; a successful request deletes the selected blood-request record.
