IDOR in Sunnet eHRD CTMS before 10.8 allows remote attackers to read files uploaded by any user through a modified parameter. The file-access path accepts a user-controlled object reference without enforcing authorization for the requested upload. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the reported consequence is disclosure of uploaded files without modification.
