Stored XSS via unrestricted HTML file upload

Stored XSS in the file upload component of Poco-z Guns-Medical 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to run script via a crafted HTML file. The /mgr/upload function derives and preserves the picture filename suffix through ToolUtil.getFileSuffix and accepts HTML without validating the file type. Low-privileged access and a subsequent visit to the uploaded HTML are required; the script executes in the visitor's browser context.
