Client crash or code execution via XDR overflow

Out-of-bounds writes in OpenAFS 1.0 through 1.6.24, 1.8.0 through 1.8.12.2, and 1.9.0 through 1.9.1 allow remote attackers to crash clients. Generated XDR decoders accept response lengths greater than the preallocated output buffer and copy server-controlled array and string data beyond its capacity. A malicious OpenAFS server must return an oversized RPC response; successful corruption crashes the Cache Manager or client utilities and can execute code.
