Authenticated denial of service via malformed ACL parsing

OpenAFS 1.6.24 and earlier, 1.8.0 through 1.8.12.2, and 1.9.0 through 1.9.1 allows remote authenticated users to crash fileservers. StoreACL and FetchACL treat opaque ACL buffers as C strings without ensuring NUL termination or required newlines, causing out-of-bounds reads, allocation leaks, or invalid-pointer dereferences. ACL-changing rights normally gate the server path; an enabled audit log permits unauthenticated crashes, while malicious FetchACL replies primarily crash Unix client utilities.
