Administrator action execution via stored ticket script
Published Dec 20, 2024 · Updated Dec 20, 2024
Stored cross-site scripting in DirectAdmin Evolution Skin before 1.668 allows remote authenticated users to run JavaScript in an administrator's browser. The ticket management system stores low-privileged user content without neutralizing embedded script when an administrator renders the ticket. A low-privileged account must submit the payload and an administrator must view the ticket; execution can perform administrator-authorized actions, including commands.
