Script execution via unsanitized Playground URL data
Published Mar 13, 2024 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
DOM-based reflected XSS in Beaver Builder Page Builder 2.7.4.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute scripts via a crafted link. The client-side fl-builder.js path writes attacker-controlled Playground URL data into the DOM without adequate sanitization or output encoding. Exploitation requires a user to follow the crafted link, after which the injected script runs in that user’s browser context.
