Server file disclosure via decryptFileId traversal

Path traversal in Beijing Esafenet CDG 5 allows remote authenticated users to read server files through the decryptFileId parameter. actionViewDecyptFile in DecryptApplicationService.java uses attacker-controlled path segments without restricting traversal outside the intended directory. A low-privileged session is sufficient, and the demonstrated request reads the Windows hosts file without changing data or interrupting service.
