Model replacement via temporary-file race

Insecure temporary-file creation in Chidi Williams Buzz 1.1.0 allows local users to replace a downloaded speech model. The download_model function in buzz/model_loader.py calls tempfile.mktemp() to choose a path and opens it separately, leaving a race window for another process to create or replace that path. A low-privileged local account must win this high-complexity race; successful interference can alter the model file and interrupt processing, while the public report claims code execution and data disclosure without demonstrating either outcome.
