Authentication bypass via ignored push denial

Improper authentication in Okta Verify for iOS 9.25.1 and 9.27.0 allows remote attackers to complete a push-authenticated sign-in. The ContextExtension handler treats both approval and denial notification actions as successful responses, so a long-press or Apple Watch denial still completes authentication. Exploitation requires user interaction with a push notification and an enrollment created while the tenant used Okta Classic, and it grants the initiator the access associated with the targeted sign-in.
