Session fixation via skipped ID token nonce validation

Session fixation in F5 NGINX OpenID Connect allows remote attackers to bind a victim's session to an attacker-controlled account. The validateIdToken function uses unreliable global newSession state, causing it to skip the ID token nonce comparison during initial authentication. Exploitation requires victim interaction with a crafted login flow; it exposes the victim's actions within the attacker's account but does not grant access to the victim's account.
