A TOCTOU flaw in Lenovo PC Manager, Lenovo Browser, and Lenovo App Store allows local users to crash affected Windows systems. Lenovo has not disclosed the raced resource, the check-and-use sequence, or the operation performed after the state change. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and high-complexity timing; the reported consequence is a system crash only.
