Incorrect authorization in the jobs API in GitLab CE/EE allows remote authenticated users to download private job artifacts. GitLab identifies the jobs API as the locus but has not disclosed which endpoints omit or misapply the artifact authorization check. A valid account and access to the affected API paths are required; the issue exposes artifact contents without reported write access.
