Session manipulation via unneutralized MAR file content
Published Nov 12, 2024 · Updated Nov 21, 2024
Stored XSS in Hawk 6.2.0 through 6.2.4 and 6.3.0 and Operational Intelligence 7.2.0 through 7.2.2 allows remote authenticated users to alter sessions. The MAR Utility and monitoringconsolecommon.jar fail to neutralize script content from a malicious .mar archive before the Monitoring Console renders it. High-privilege access is required to supply the archive, and a logged-in user must encounter the content; the script acts with that user's privileges.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
