Server-side request forgery via unchecked URL destination

SSRF in REBUILD 3.5.0 through 3.5.5 allows remote authenticated users to make server-side requests via the HTTP Request Handler. The readRawText function accepts the url argument as a request destination without ensuring that it targets an expected host. Valid application credentials are required, and resulting requests can reach resources available from the server's network position.
