Script execution via unneutralized proxy URL

Cross-site scripting in REBUILD 3.5.0 through 3.5.5 allows remote authenticated users to run script in another user's browser. The getStorageFile function in /filex/proxy-download places the attacker-controlled url argument into web output without neutralization. Exploitation requires low-privileged access and user interaction, and its demonstrated consequence is client-side script execution rather than server compromise.
