Stored XSS via unsanitized supplier name persistence
Published Oct 21, 2024 · Updated Oct 21, 2024
Stored XSS in code-projects Pharmacy Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in another user's browser. The public proof of concept sends script through suppliers_name to manage_medicine.php, which stores the value without sanitization and later renders it. The CNA instead identifies manage_customer.php and suppliers_name/address; high-privilege access and a later record view are required.
