Service crash via oversized PASV command

Denial of service in Solar FTP Server 2.1.1 and 2.1.2 allows remote attackers to crash the FTP service via an oversized PASV command. The PASV handler processes multi-kilobyte command arguments without enforcing a safe length, causing the service process to terminate. The public proof of concept logs in anonymously and interrupts FTP availability for all connected users without affecting confidentiality or integrity.
