Stored script execution via unescaped requester name
Published Oct 19, 2024 · Updated Oct 21, 2024
Stored cross-site scripting in Code Projects Blood Bank System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in an administrator's browser. request.php stores the fullname parameter directly in requestblood.user, and viewrequest.php renders that value without HTML encoding. A valid session is required to submit the request, and execution occurs when an administrator opens the request list, enabling actions within that browser session.
