Authenticated SQL injection via unsanitized supplier name
Published Oct 19, 2024 · Updated Oct 21, 2024
SQL injection in add_new_supplier.php in Code Projects Pharmacy Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to alter database queries. The supplier-creation handler places the GET name parameter into an SQL statement without neutralizing SQL syntax, allowing injected conditions and commands. A valid application session is required to reach the management function; successful injection permits unauthorized database access or modification and can disrupt pharmacy operations.
