CVE-2024-10099Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Stored XSS via unsanitized HTML file serving

Published Oct 17, 2024 · Updated Oct 17, 2024

Stored XSS in ComfyUI 0.2.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript when a user views an uploaded HTML file. The /api/upload/image endpoint accepts attacker-supplied HTML as an image, and /view serves the stored file so its script executes in the viewer's browser. Exploitation requires access to the ComfyUI URL and user interaction; default installations bind the server only to 127.0.0.1.
