Unauthorized web access via attacker-registered worker address

SSRF in FastChat's Controller API Server allows remote attackers to access unauthorized web resources through its network API. The /register_worker handler accepts an attacker-supplied worker_name without destination validation, and /worker_generate_stream later appends a worker path and sends an outbound POST request to that address. The controller must be network-reachable; no authentication or user interaction is required, and requests use the controller process's network access and credentials.
