Device tracking via predictable network identifiers

Information disclosure in Google's gVisor before 20231204.0 allows remote attackers to derive a local IP address and boot identifier. The network stack uses Go's noncryptographic PRNG with a 31-bit effective seed and the reversible Jenkins hash with four-byte secrets for TCP sequence numbers and timestamp offsets. Repeated remotely observable TCP/IP header samples are required; the recovered values support cross-network device tracking rather than direct data modification or service interruption.
