Published Nov 16, 2024 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Stored XSS in westi PJW Mime Config 1.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through SVG uploads. The plugin permits Author-level users to upload SVG content without sufficient input sanitization and serves it without adequate output escaping. Opening the uploaded SVG executes the stored script in the visitor's browser, exposing data and actions available to that session.
