Stored XSS via unescaped question content

Stored XSS in ThemeGrill Masteriyo LMS 1.13.3 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through question content. The Ask a Question path stores the content parameter without sufficient input sanitization and later renders it without adequate output escaping. Student-level access is sufficient, and the injected script runs whenever another user opens the affected page, enabling actions or data access in that user's browser context.
