Authenticated command execution via crafted backup filename

OS command injection in Issabel PBX 4.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands through Asterisk-Cli. The Asterisk-Cli form accepts a txtCommand value containing xmldoc dump and a pipe-delimited shell command, creates a backup filename from it, and passes that filename to restore.php for execution. A valid web-panel account is required; successful exploitation can create files under /var/www/backup and run Unix commands with the web application's privileges.
