Unauthenticated SSRF via unchecked url parameter

Server-side request forgery in 60IndexPage 1.8.0 through 1.8.5 allows remote attackers to make server-originated requests via url. The Parameter Handler in /apply/index.php accepts the attacker-controlled url argument as the outbound request destination without ensuring that it is expected. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the demonstrated consequence is access to an attacker-selected URL through the application server.
