Stack corruption via unbounded page formatting
Published Jan 26, 2024 · Updated Jun 17, 2025
Stack-based buffer overflow in Tenda AC10U 15.03.06.49_multi_TDE01 allows remote authenticated users to corrupt the stack via a crafted page value. The fromDhcpListClient handler reads page with websGetVar and uses sprintf to concatenate it into the fixed-size gotopage stack buffer without a length bound. Administrative access to the router interface is required, and an oversized POST to /goform/DhcpListClient can crash the management service or router.
